TASTING NOTES
very tannic muscle wine. Dark colour, this is a dense and firm wine. It has
rich plum and berry flavors that are dark as well as juicy. Powerful, deep full body and structured, but smooth and velvety. Tasty, delicious, elegant, with long and intense finish and refreshing acidity.
PAIR AND ENJOY
La Senda Del Diablo is best paired with all types of classic meat dishes, veal, pork, beef, lamb, duck, game, roast chicken, roasted, braised and grilled dishes.
ESTATE: single vineyard wine
SOILS: Gentle clay slopes.
GRAPE VARIETY: old Alicante Bouschet vines.
AGEING: 12 months in Amphora and French barrells

Black fruit, sun drenched grape skins, delicately smoky and reductive, truffle, peat, crayons, flowers, telluric, good texture and structure, sour berries in mid palate, huge terroir and young wine expression, balanced and singular.
